- Nerida Russell Added May 29, 2020★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have a recurring back condition from an epidural gone wrong and moved up to Bundaberg from Brisbane. My doc in Brisbane worked with me to find the best way to get me through the pain and muscle spasms. I had my doc send a summary to Eastside Medical for a two medication prescription protocol for 5 days which works. Dr Fatima Kahtun disregarded this and refused to give me codiene for my pain and said that Panadol and neurofen was enough. I’ve tried that, my pain doesn’t let me sleep for more than an hour at a time unless I use codeine. I spoke with another patient while waiting in the chemist and she informed me that the said doctor is well known for being rude and unhelpful. Off to make an appointment with another doc who will do the right thing by me
